Challenges Provide Insight and Growth

Pivotal events that impacted my life’s path

At an early age I came to realize there is a lesson or reason for the difficult moments we experience in life and you have a choice to decide how to react to those obstacles. Being raised with the Landmark Education principles by my father, Michael Nitti, who instilled his extensive knowledge as a Life Coach and Spiritual Teacher into my upbringing.

I was struck by a car at age 10 and placed in a full-body cast for 3 months and at age 13, I was in a car accident and airlifted out with severe head injuries. I flat lined en route to the hospital and, upon awakening, I was told I would never live an athletic lifestyle.

Through both of those traumatic near death accidents, my mindset was that I would do whatever it took to recover and embrace the life I had ahead. I ignored the doctor’s prognosis of never being able to be physically active again and that, because of my head injuries, I would have learning difficulties. Instead, I focused on what I wanted to accomplish. I told myself to OVERCOME FEAR AND MOVE FORWARD.

Life is Meant to be Experienced

After years of rebuilding my body and mind using the techniques I’d learned as a child, I went on to accomplish whatever I set my goals upon. I broke through those PERCEIVED BARRIERS others had set for me by participating in extreme adventure racing, becoming a fitness model and competitor and hiking across the Grand Canyon, Rim to Rim to Rim in 2 days.

These were not only physically challenging, they provided mental focus and clarity. I was living with no limitations and my life mantra became, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

“Surround Yourself With Only People Who Are Going To Lift You Higher.” ~ Oprah Winfrey

At 22 years old, through the support of a mentor, I started a side business for fun. This allowed me the space to be as creative and passionate as I wanted. I felt limitless with opportunity. As I continued to grow and thrive, I continued to seek out mentors, trainings and seminars. I had a hunger to learn everything I could. These learnings have not only shaped my life, they have become my life’s work. Mentorship continues to be a key difference in my life, and my success would not have been possible without those who believed in me, supported me, encouraged and challenged me.

“Success Without Fulfillment Is Failure” – Tony Robbins

It didn’t take log before I began to feel something was missing, but I had no idea what it was. I needed to do more. Only the more I achieved, it wasn’t filling the void of ‘more’. I began to question if I was truly happy with my life. Was it what I really wanted? Was I living to my full potential? How will I know when I have found my passion? Is what I am doing my passion? All I had known was set a goal and achieve it.

Seeking the answers to these questions, among many others like them, gave me the faith and courage to do what I never thought I would do so young; leave corporate and jump into being an entrepreneur.

The next few years became the most fun, creative, scary, challenging, and most memorable times of my life!

Fall In Love With Taking Care Of Yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit.

I’m a huge believer in rituals. They are sacred to me because they start and end my day with purpose.

Rituals keep me balanced. Rituals help me handle stress and provide focus and stability throughout the day (like eating healthy does to keep your body sugars level).

How I Start My Day:

  • I come first
  • Journal / Read
  • Meditation
  • Workout
  • Day Planning: Create Top Outcomes

Throughout the day I set aside 2 – 5 minutes to meditate 3 – 5 times to center and both ease & invigorate my mind.

My meditation space is in my coaching office because that is where I feel anchored to service and transformation, it’s where I feel grounded.

How I End My Day:

  • Journal / Read
  • So Hum Meditation
  • Epsom Salt Bath
